X-ray security inspection machines are used more and more frequently; the main principle is to use conveyor belts to transport items to the inspection channel, then use x-rays to penetrate the items to be inspected, and finally the detector converts the x-rays into signals. It's complicated to say, but the operation precautions of x-ray security inspection machine can be divided into four parts:

　1. Driving inspection: pre-inspection must be carried out before driving. The lead screen at the entrance of the security inspection tunnel should be intact. If there is any damage, it must be replaced. All covers must also be properly covered. Check that the conveyor belt is completely clean. Check if there are any residual items in the passage.

2, start: insert the bus into the power supply, insert the button, then rotate 90 degrees according to the purpose of the commonly used buttons, and then press the power supply unit of the host, the system will perform the initialization procedure. After waiting for the initialization signal of the display, the system will enter the normal detection state, and the start-up operation will be completed.

3, object detection (Object Detection): Before detecting an object, there is another very important step, that is to train and manage equipment according to F12; Place the items on the conveyor belt, try to maximize the contact area between the items and the conveyor belt. When the object enters the channel and blocks the light barrier, the x-rays start emitting light to scan the object. After this work is completed, the x-ray inspection machine will receive a signal about the item, and then the system sends the signal to the display. If you find suspicious items, you can press the pause button.

4, shut down: press the close button on the console and take out the key, turn off the machine

X-ray security inspection machine operation precautions are still very few. As long as the operation process is followed, usually nothing will happen. However, X-ray is a very dangerous thing after all. During the operation, x-ray leakage must be avoided, which is harmful to the health of inspectors and tourists.
