　　1. Check the emergency stop button above the channel: press the emergency stop button to turn off the power of the device immediately. The device cannot be restarted without resetting the button.

  2. Check the deviation of the conveyor belt: check whether the conveyor belt deviates from the motor.

  3. Check whether the touch screen corresponds to the screen image: press the zoom button, the image can be zoomed; press the image processing button, the displayed image can be converted accordingly.

  4. Check if the switch on the top of the channel: When the switch is turned on, the start button can start the device. The light stop button disconnects the power supply of the light controller. If the key switch off becomes less sensitive, replace it.

  5. Check the electric drum: press the corresponding button, the drum can run and stop in the predetermined direction. The noise of the drum is normal and there will be no oil leakage.
